PROJECT OVERVIEW

City of Indianapolis, DPW Sewer | Wastewater

INDIANAPOLIS, IN—The City of Indianapolis hired BLN to design a new sanitary sewer collection system in one of the older sections of the City. The 160 home subdivision is currently utilizing septic systems, which have begun to fail throughout the neighborhood. The project will utilize approximately 12,000 feet of gravity sewer to provide sanitary sewer service to this entire neighborhood.

The neighborhood has many older mature signature shade trees, which will be avoided to help maintain the character of the neighborhood. The project will connect by gravity into an existing inceptor sewer.
