BLN provided assessment and management services for this FEMA-funded emergency program for one of four regions of California impacted by the 2020 California wildfires. An estimated 1,443 properties and 170,000 trees required assessment and removal. Scope items included:
- Scheduling & coordination of over 700 unique hazardous materials inspections
- Site-specific asbestos inspections of houses, chimneys & outbuildings on each parcel before demolition
- Ensure compliance with EPA & NESHAP guidelines
- Create reports, including site/floor plans & sampling locations of ACM
