Our team has the ability to comply with all federal, state, and local regulations to ensure our clients obtain the appropriate approvals and permits to complete any project.
The BLN Environmental Services team is equipped to deliver a detailed and thorough evaluation of projects and confirm that any environmental concern is incorporated into the project definition. BLN performs all services in accordance with state DOT and Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) regulation documents and manuals. Each team member has completed and maintained NEPA Certification through training sponsored the FHWA.
